A multi-tenant SaaS platform for event management
Designed and built a multi-tenant platform that lets organizers run registrations, ticketing and attendee management for many events from a single codebase.

01 / problem
The problem
The client needed to serve many event organizers from one product, with each organizer's data, branding and configuration kept strictly separate.
Their existing tooling could not scale to concurrent events with registration spikes, and onboarding a new organizer required manual engineering work.
02 / solution
What we built
- We designed a multi-tenant architecture with tenant isolation enforced at the data layer in PostgreSQL, so every query is scoped to a tenant by default.
- A .NET 8 API handles registration, ticketing and attendee workflows, with background processing for email, exports and payment reconciliation.
- A Next.js front end serves both organizer dashboards and branded, per-tenant public event pages.
- Infrastructure runs on Azure with infrastructure-as-code, automated deployments and monitoring, so new tenants are provisioned through configuration instead of code.
